I highly recommend Alex. He did some diagnostics then arranged to get my laptop fixed within the years warranty, I was surprised at his honesty, so I recommended him to a friend who was having problems with their Mac.
His machine was quite badly damaged and Alex managed to fix it without loss of any data, (my friend was over the moon – he thought he’d lost years of contacts and emails).
I now call Alex whenever I have a problem, he is very efficient and seems to get to the root of any problems that are there, without messing about.
