I was apprehensive at first but this guy is fantastic. He met me at work, I watched him replace the glass and digitizer on my phone with care and precision and he returned it to me looking brand new. After 5 weeks of stubbornness, falling out of love with my iPhone and trying to see out the last 5 months of my contract with a smashed screen I could take it no more. I was determined I wasn’t going to pay Apple another penny (3 broken phones in one contract) so looked elsewhere and found Alex. There was a ‘too good to be true’ element to this – somebody who would come to your work place and fix your phone there and then for a fraction of the usual cost. Alex arrived on time, fixed the screen and charged me £60. Exactly what he said he’d do, excellent all round and the kind of service you want to tell your friends about.
