I broke the screen to my iPhone 3GS after having it for only one week and the Apple Store replacement cost was much more than I wanted to pay. I did a search and luckily found Alex’s website and he was really helpful from the start. He sourced the screen very quickly and repaired it within a couple of hours on the day I could get it to him. It was very reassuring that Alex always got back to me by phone or email really promptly, which doesn’t happen much these days. I thought he provided a very efficient service and would definitely use him again.
