On the realization that my beloved iphone had fallen out of my pocket and the screen had cracked in to pieces, I wasn’t sure what to do. Apple wanted to charge a stupid amount that a poor student like me would struggle to afford/was a bit affronted to pay anyway, just because it’s such a rip off. However, my late night internet searching led me to come across Alex, who was polite, on time and even bought me a coffee, as well as the all important fixing of the phone! We met at a convenient location for both of us within 3 days of me originally emailing him and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Alex again.
