After 5 weeks of stubbornness, falling out of love with my iPhone and trying to see out the last 5 months of my contract with a smashed screen I could take it no more. I was determined I wasn’t going to pay Apple another penny (3 broken phones in one contract) so looked elsewhere and found Alex. There was a ‘too good to be true’ element to this – somebody who would come to your work place and fix your phone there and then for a fraction of the usual cost.
