We love Alex at Love Mac. He is prompt, technically savvy and highly trustworthy with a good knowledge of Mac and iPhone hardware and software. Superb value for money too with good hourly rate and no call out charge. Highly recommended.
I dropped my lovely new iPhone 3GS and the glass smashed, and rendered it unusable (unless I wanted shards of glass in my fingers). After doing some research I stumbled across lovemac.co.uk. Alex was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and replied quickly to my enquiries. He offered a good, competitive price and was more than willing to meet whenever I was free. The phone was fixed in 30 minutes or so, and was back to looking like new again. Would recommend to anyone who has broken their iPhone!
