I was waving goodbye to friend after an evening out and ooops! my iPhone went flying onto the pavement. Cracked screen. Drat! So onto Google, found Alex within 30 seconds, emailed him . . . and he was with me the next lunchtime. Then 20 minutes fiddly work and my iPhone’s like new.
